On this page, you can search for and view existing project rates.
To create, view, edit, and delete project rates, you will require the Project controller role. If you have the Project manager role, you can create, view, edit, and delete project rates only for projects of which you are the project manager.

Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.

Type or select the division code to display the rates of projects linked to the defined division.
Type or select the cost center code to display the rates of projects linked to the defined cost center.
Type or select the project to display the rates of the defined project.
Type or select an ID to display the rates of projects with the defined person as the project manager.
Type or select the customer to display the rates of projects linked to the defined customer.
Type or select an ID to display the rates of projects of which the defined person is a member.
Type the description of the project to display rates of projects that match the defined description.
Select a date or date range to display the project rates that are registered with the start dates. If you select only a start date, only projects rates which are registered starting from that date are displayed. You can select a type of date range from which the system will automatically generate the exact dates for the selected period such as <All>, This year, This quarter, This month, This week, Today, Yesterday, Last days: 7, Last days: 30, Last days: 90, Last days 365. Click or to decrease or increase the dates for the selected range.
Select a date or date range to display the project rates after which the project rates are closed. If you select only an end date, only project rates which are still valid before the date are displayed. You can select a type of date range from which the system will automatically generate the exact dates for the selected period such as <All>, This year, This quarter, This month, This week, Today, Yesterday, Last days: 7, Last days: 30, Last days: 90, Last days 365. Click or to decrease or increase the dates for the selected range.
This column displays the codes of the projects. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding project card. For more information, see Viewing project cards.
This displays the descriptions of the projects. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding project card. For more information, see Viewing project cards.
This displays the names of the customers. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding account card. For more information, see Viewing company account cards.
This column displays the names of the project managers. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding personal card. For more information, see Viewing personal cards.
This displays the start dates of the project rates.
This displays the end dates of the project rates.
Click the Edit hyperlink to modify the corresponding project rate. For more information, see Creating and modifying project rates.
